(G.V.): Now I am equipped with the information provided by the therapist. She is a yoga teacher who stimulated herself in order to help her students. She gave a lot of herself to the students, so much so that she overexerted herself and contracted bronchitis, which then developed into pneumonia. Lying on the left side stimulates the cough, she cannot lie down, she must prop herself up in order to keep down the coughing. While the coughing is going on there is severe pain; you’ll see the severity of this pain in the head. She received Phosphorus but it didn’t act; why not? She appears to help her students and to give so much of herself, and she lies on the left side and has an aggravation, and she is also thirsty; all this sounds like Phosphorus; so why doesn’t it act?
(A.): Because she is not anxious.
(G.V.): What did the therapist say about her? She is stoic. She goes in for an X-ray, the doctor tells her she has double pneu-monia, and she says: “I don’t care if I die, I just don’t want to be a burden to others.” Can Phosphorus face such a situation this way? No. Phosphorus would have much more anxiety when they hear they are going to die, 99% of the time you will see tremendous anxiety and panic. What else makes you suspicious that this case may not be Phosphorus? She is not open, this is revealed by the fact that she has to stimulate herself in order to be able to give. Phosphorus does not have to stimulate them-selves in order to give, it is Phosphorus’ natural tendency to care about others; but she has to stimulate herself to give, to attain, to do. This is a contradiction that makes you immediately feel something wrong: even though she cannot lie on the left side and drinks a lot of water, she may still not be Phosphorus. What might be some of the other possibilities in this case?
