they feel that maybe they are better, but what about tomorrow? I know what she is saying, I know the changes that are taking place inside her, but she will not voice them. The way she presents her case does not show the real change that has taken place. She could have said things more di¬rectly, but the memory of her anxiety does not allow her to speak and say what is happening.
(A.): How many had she taken?
(G.V.): She only took three doses, that is all the medicine that was required, because when you stimulate with the right remedy, you’ll see such rapid effects.
(A): Does taking the pill disturb the action of the remedy? (G.V.): She still feels anxious about the pill, and since I did not want her to feel anxious about it, I told her to continue taking it, because I knew that the medicine was acting. There is no way that she will not give it up. The moment that she comes back to herself, the first thing she will do is to stop the pill. That is why you heard me telling her not to worry: I know that the remedy will bring her to the state where she’ll make the decision to stop the pill immediately. I think she stopped the following day, but I don’t remember now. It is not possible to know if the pill will disturb her after a week, after two or five weeks, or after five months. Maybe she has to take it as long as five months before she is disturbed by the pill. I don’t believe that a few days more will really disturb the action of the remedy, because in this case, as I have tried to show you, the remedy was coming up right through her life and therefore it went very deep. You will see big changes, there is no question about it, and these changes will be sealed, the action of the remedy will be sealed.
(A.): Do you think that the intellectually minded are excluded by Baryta carbonica?
(G.V.): No, I will discuss that in detail when I discuss Baryta carbonica.
So let’s go to the second follow-up. If I remember well, it was nineteen or twenty days after the initial remedy.
