brain, pressure from without inward; appetite disordered; sometimes mad delirium, nausea and vomiting. Eyes red, swollen and protruding. Comes on in the morning, at or near nine o clock, generally stopping at 2 p.m. Aggravated by noise, washing hands in cold water, dropping the head forward, stepping heavily. Amelioration by soft pressure, lying on back and heat. Ignatia 200 one dose, relieved in two hours, and cured permanently.

Hollow, spasmodic cough
Hollow, spasmodic cough, worse in the evening, with but little ex- pectoration, leaving pain in the trachea. Ignatia cured.

Eructations
Frequent eructation of gases, where neither weakness of digestion nor any other gastric affection could be diagnosed. It was excited by pressure on any part of the body, or by shaking of hands. Ignatia cured.

Convulsions
Patient had suffered for some days previous to her admission, from convulsions, falling prostrate suddenly, and remaining unconscious for half an hour, after which, she was unable to speak for a few min- utes.
Took Ignatia, and next day passed a tape worm, and the convulsions did not recur.

Dysmenorrhoea
Lady, aged twenty – six, married, but childless. Excitable tempera- ment. For fifteen years, from the commencement of her scanty men- struation, had been attacked at every period, by violent spasms and pains, lasting several days, and resembling the pains of parturition. Various remedies were given without effect. Ignatia cured before the next period, and has been well since.
