Wobbling as from water in brain; sense of swashing in head. Constant pressive pain in one – half of the brain, as from a peg or nail.
Headache in the forehead, as if bruised, in the morning on awaking, aggravated by moving the eyes. From midnight onwards, while in bed, headache as from a boil in the forehead, when stooping and coughing pricking as from needles; also externally when touched the forehead was painful as from a furuncle and like needle – pricks. Violent headache as if the forehead would be torn out. Sensation as if everything would fall out of forehead while coughing. Severe stitches in the occiput and both temples, as if a plug or nail were being- driven in.
Pressive pain externally on the right side of the occiput a pressive pain, which gradually passes into the nape, the neck and the scapulae. Pressure in one side of the head as from a plug or dull nail, at night and when waking in morning, worse when moving eyes and on stooping, better when rising and from binding head up tight.
Boring pain in the right temple, extending into the upper part of the head. Pulsating, sticking headache in the left temple at 10 a.m. Pulsating in temples during cough.
Dull, pressing pain on vertex while walking.
Extreme sensitiveness of scalp, can hardly bear to comb the hair or have anything touch the head.
Eczema. Humid eruptions that feel sore, with fetid odor, violently itching on rising in the morning, burning and sore on scratching, ulcerating; scabs easily torn off, leaving a raw, bleeding surface. Eruption of pimples, like blotches, on the hairy scalp and in the nape, which feel sore when touched. Herpes praeputialis, small vesicles in groups, whitish with red bases and intolerable itching of parts, exceedingly sensitive to touch. Boils, nodosities on head, sore to touch, better by covering head warmly and from sweat. Sebaceous tumors, inflamed and ready to discharge.
Clammy perspiration on forehead; sour perspiration on head.
Eye/Vision
Photophobia. Eye complaints with sensitiveness of affected part to air and touch, better warmth, covering with hand. Pains worse motion eyeball and light. Feeling as if eyes were being pulled back into the head by strings. Ulcerative pain just above the eye every evening. Shooting pains in the eyes. Pressive pain in the eyeballs, especially on moving them, with redness. Bruised pain in eyeballs when touched; extending into head. Pain in eye worse at every step. Scrofulous inflammations.
Purulent conjunctivitis with profuse discharge and excessive sensitiveness to air and touch; agglutination in the morning from suppuration. Catarrhal inflam- mation and blenorrhoea of eyes. Conjunctiva red, traversed by large vessels. Blepharitis when suppuration threatens; lids inflamed, throbbing, aching, stinging, very sensitive to touch, better by heat. At night or in evening lids often swollen, spasmodically closed, or may be red swollen and easily
