Sleep
Frequent yawning.
He slumbers with half opened eyes, the pupils directed upwards.
Constant somnolence; can be aroused, but not to full consciousness.
Soporous sleep with shrieks and starts.
At night incessant confused, often very anxious, but unremembered dreams.
Anxious dreams.
In heavy morning sleep, dark dream-pictures hover before him.
Chill
The shivering commences in the arms.
Every time he lies down in the evening, chilliness, and every morning perspiration.
Internal chill in the evening on lying down.
General rigor with goose-flesh (horripilation), painful sensibility of the external head when it is touched and when moving, drawing tearing in the limbs and frequent stitches in the joints, especially of the elbow and shoulders, without thirst; for some days, from the morning onwards.
Chill in alternation with pain in joints.
Shaking rigor during convulsions.
Chill spreads from arms; goose-flesh, pains in joints; face hot; drowsy; aggravated after getting out of bed, and from motion.
