Mouth
Mouth, gums and tongue full of flat yellow ulcers, with elevated grey edges, or red, swollen bases; carrion-like odour; salivation; will take no food except drink; glands of neck and under chin swollen; eruption of blisters around mouth; face red and hot; stool watery and slimy, with tenesmus; pulse feverish; restlessness; moaning and crying.
Dryness of tongue.
Dry slimy taste, with great thirst.
Much watery saliva in the mouth; he must spit out frequently.
All food has a bitter taste.
Taste wanting, tastelessness of food.
Cutting pain in palate when swallowing.
Ulcers with swollen base.
Ulcers with elevated edges.

Swelling of the tongue.
Trembling of the tongue.
Motion of tongue from side to side.
Protruding oscillating tongue.
In the evening after lying down in bed, shooting tearing pain in the right lower and upper molars, which can bear neither warmth nor cold; the pain torments him all night, so that he could sleep but little; thereafter the lower molars are longer, but little felt by day.
On biting the teeth together, a tearing in both opposed third molars towards their roots.
Toothache during chill.

Throat
A flapping as of mucus in the throat, on every inspiration, but not on expiration, even if not forcible, which was like the opening and shutting of a valve.
Burning and dryness of the throat.
Sore throat; on swallowing, throat feels excoriated.
