Case of hemicrania
Mrs. D., aged thirty-six, suffering from hemicrania, took about a drop of solution of Glonoinum. In a minute or so she reclined on a sofa to save herself from falling, and put her hand to her forehead, where she had a pulsating pain. In a few minutes more her head was free from all pain.
Case of headache
Miss V., aged twenty-eight, had headache. I applied a small quantity of the dilution of Glonoinum to the tip of the tongue with scarcely any effect. Two drops were then given, and in about a minute she became giddy, and said it was just like taking chloroform; she lay back in a chair, supporting her forehead with her hand, trembled and said faintly that her feet were cold; her pulse rose from 80 to 100.
In about two minutes she recovered, and complained of great tightness at root of neck, which soon subsided. Her headache was gone, and in half an hour she left my house feeling unusually well and “bright,” as she expressed it.
Case of throbbing pain
Throbbing pain from occiput toward eyes, worse on moving head; throbbing of carotid arteries, both seen and felt; photophobia. This symptom came on yesterday evening. Prescribed Glonoinum, relieved in one hour.
Case of neuralgia
Mrs. R., suffering from neuralgia in neck and arm, took less than a drop of my Glonoinum solution on her tongue. In a short time she
