It appears to him in the morning as if his face had suddenly become old.

Teeth
The teeth decay, break off or ulcerate at the roots; fistular openings from the root of the tooth, continuing to discharge.
Many a time this remedy has taken away an ulcer of the root, closed up a fistular opening, and cured the pain.
Teeth are deficient in enamel; black, rough, unsightly.
The root of the tooth is very painful, particularly in the evening, better by cold water.
Teeth feel warm. The heat or warmth was felt in the teeth, and not in the gums or alveolar processes.
Teeth and mouth covered with dark mucus.
Toothache on the right side, extending to the left thigh, on the outside above the knee.
Mouth
Dryness of the left half of the palate and roof of the mouth, in the evening. Greasy feeling in the mouth.
