(A.9): Medorrhinum has this red eczema around the diaper area. Here we see the opposite, which would point out special remedies.(G.V.): I don’t understand this. Most probably this is a chemical phenomenon due to the plastic used in diapers, but I’m not sure. I’m also not sure if the diapers could be the cause of the erup-tions. I believe that there is a kind of a chemical phenomenon involved here, and a sort of suppression because of the diapers, and that together these two things do not allow a manifestation of his illness in the area you’d expect.
(A.10): I have an idea why the eruption phenomena is better in the diaper area. Perhaps it is not because of the warmth, but rather due to pressure. You said that the child was a little better with Natrum muriaticum and that he had a difficult character before the eruptions. For this reason I would turn to China because it is very similar to Natrum muriaticum, is seen with difficult children, has eruptions, a tympanitic abdomen, and undigested stools.(G.V.): When you read something, you have to read it properly. It is said that China is better from hard pressure, and that light pressure makes it worse. Is wearing a diaper a light or a hard sort of pressure? You have to sort out things like this immediately. We can argue and argue all the remedies of the Materia Medica. How many have eruptions? A lot. And since all these remedies can be indicated, you have to base your remedy on facts or fantasy.

SMALL REMEDY: ALLIUM CEPA

Allium cepa has an established reputation for curing com-mon colds, especially in cases where the cold tends to extend downwards, towards the bronchi. The cold starts in the nose and has the characteristic symptomatology: the discharge is watery and acrid, usually the eyes become red and the lachrymation is bland. Primarily the left side of the nose is affected; the cold usually starts on the left side and then spreads throughout the entire nose. There is a characteristic aggravation from a warm
