Foreword
These seminars were realised with the initiative of the late Prof. M. Tiedemann and with the main help from the late Dr. Reinhold Tegel who was the heart of the whole venture of teaching in the years 1989, 1990 and 1991 in a small town of Germany, Celle. The teaching was taking place every six months for two weeks each time, seven hours a day, attended by about three hundred students and the main target was to show the way of taking the case, then the analysis and synthesis of the informa-tion, in order to find the correct remedy. But the most important point was to demonstrate to the students the results from such a classical way of treatment through complete follow ups.
In most of these cases the student had the possibility to attend not only the follow ups but also the evaluation that resulted from the treatment and how to continue.
These seminars represented my first attempt to give to the Ger-man homeopaths the information I had, from studying thousands of cases and thirty years of experience I had accumulated till that time, concerning Classical Homeopathy. In Classical Homeopathy, we give one remedy at a time and wait for the results as Samuel Hahnemann has taught in his ‘Organon of the Art of Healing’.
As I have taught always in my lectures, from the very begin-ning of my practice in the early sixties, each patient needs only one remedy at any given time and such a remedy has to be the correct one if we were going to have a really healing effect. All other remedies will be useless or will be like taking placebo.
