Mouth
Dryness of the mouth. Speech confused, impeded, inability to speak distinct- ly, uttering inarticulate sounds. Speechless; with wild look; after fright. Paralysis of the tongue, Biting tongue when talking. Tongue dry, cracked; brown looking like burnt leather. Tongue red or coated white. Tongue shaken to and fro, with a trembling movement on protruding. Saliva tastes salty. Foam at the mouth. Soft and hard palate dry and glazed.
Teeth
Sordes on teeth and in mouth. Violent attacks of toothache with sense of strangulation and difficult deglutition, causing spasmodic jerks of fingers, hands, arms and facial muscles. Frightful grinding of the teeth; during sleep. Sensa- tion of looseness of the teeth, with aching and tingling in them; as if falling out. Sensation of elongation.
Throat/External Throat
Swallowing is very difficult, the throat feels constricted, with impeded deglutition, solid and warm food are swallowed best, whereas fluids cause spasm. Inability to swallow on account of the dryness of the mouth and fauces. Elongated uvula. Distorted neck. Spasmodic torticollis. Abscesses on left side of neck.
Stomach
The most violent hiccough, worse at night, during convulsions and after eating; with spasms and rumbling in the abdomen; with enteritis. Ravenous appetite before convulsions. Nausea worse before or during menses. Vom- iting of bright red blood. Cramps in the stomach, with loud shrieks, vomiting and convulsions, better after vomiting. Inflammation of the stomach.
Abdomen
Tympanitic distension of the abdomen , almost to bursting, which is pain- ful . Cutting pains in the abdomen, especially in the hypogastrium. Colic and pinching; cries out about pains in the abdomen, which seem like bursting the abdomen open and digs his fists into his sides. Hysterical colic. Painful sensitiveness of the abdominal integuments. Pain of abdominal muscles as from overexertion, in the morning immediately after waking; as though he had fallen on them, when sitting. Shooting in the umbilical region when drawing a breath. Umbilicus is open with urine oozing through. Inflammation of abdomen, enteritis, peritonitis.
Rectum/Stool
Involuntary stool, stool passes unconsciously in bed; while urinating. Paraly- sis of sphincter of anus and bladder. Diarrhoea during typhoid fever; painless; day and night; with colic and frequent urging to stool in hysterical
