Roaring (screaming) sound in the ears, in the evening in bed, shooting through all the limbs.
Roaring in ear after suppressed menses.
Detonation (cracking) and explosion (creaking) in the left ear; when swallowing. Sound of guns when swallowing.
Creaking in ear in the morning in bed on moving jaws.
Creaking in the evening while eating.
Frequently a sensation and a report in the ear, as though bubbles had burst. Deafness, with dry external meatus.
Deafness with eczematous eruptions on and behind the ears.
Deafness after scarlet fever; cannot hear a watch held close to ear, nor ordinary conversation; thin, watery, offensive discharge from both ears; mucous membrane of meatus red and excoriated; moist eczematous rash on face; tympani not perforated, but appear covered with a white coating.
Nose
Bad smell from the nose.
Anosmia, coryza, she says she constantly smells burning gasoline.
Swelling of the nose, troublesome dryness of the nose.
Bleeding of the nose at 10 p.m., preceded in the afternoon by rush of blood to the head, and heat of face.
The bones and cartilage of the nose become very sore to touch.

Ulcerative nostrils covered with crusts; herpetic eruption.
Fissures in the nostrils that burn and indurate.
Sneezing and fluent coryza. Frequent attacks of coryza all winter.
Sensitive to the cold air in any uncovered part of the body, as if he could easily catch cold.
Severely stuffed coryza, with great nausea and headache, without vomiting; he had to lie down.
Coryza with cough and hoarseness before menses.
Ozaena; discharge more offensive during menstruation.
Foetid, purulent discharge from the nose.
