Nocturnal perspiration with exhaustion.
Copious sweat, which stains yellow.
Strong-smelling night sweats.
About midnight, frequent perspiration during sleep.
Skin
Dark liver-spots.
Parts of the skin (e.g. on the back of the thumb, the toes, etc.) have burning pain when not touched, but intolerably sore pain when touched ever so slightly. Red eruptions like urticaria with itching and burning, worse after midnight, better with cool weather or cold application.
Urticaria that appears in one side then changes side and remains there.
Yellow spots.
Scarcely perceptible pulse.
Pulse accelerated toward evening.
RELATIONS
Antidoted by: Arsenicum, China, Hepar, Ipecacuanha, Pulsatilla.
Compatible: Aconitum, Arnica, Belladonna, Cinchona, Conium, Ly copodium, Mercurium, Phosphorus, Veratrum.
Incompatible: Thea, beer.
Complimentary: Alum., Cinchona.
Causation: loss of fluids such as uterine haemorrhage, haemoptysis, haematemesis etc.; heavy responsibilities in life, and consequent constant stress.
