tensive pain in the pectoral muscles, especially when turning the upper part of the body to the right side.
Unable to breathe deeply because of a sensation as if the left lobe of the lungs were adherent.
Spasmodic pulling apart in the lower parts of the chest.
Feeling of warmth in the middle of the chest as if he had swallowed hot food. Stitches in the left side of the chest, while at rest; ceasing during motion.
Stomach
Great hunger, with the stomach hanging down relaxed; the abdo- men is sunken, so much that he does not seem to have a belly at all; eats much and with excessive appetite.
Burning in the throat, stomach, and abdomen, as from fire, pepper or glowing coals. Thirst for cold drinks.
Nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Nausea in the morning, of pregnant women or else of chronic alcoholics; the patients even shake with nausea.
Violent stomach-ache, usually burning (see above) or contractile. For instance: spasmodic contraction of the stomach with belching of wind. Contraction of the stomach from all sides towards the middle, as if constricted, with accumulation of saliva in the mouth and nausea.
Griping and clawing in the left side of the stomach, followed by constriction of the heart, with increased secretion of salty saliva and shivering upon the skin.
Painful griping in the stomach, as if it were being compressed, followed by saliva- tion and nausea, even to vomiting.
Stomach painful to touch, as if he had been beaten on the stomach. Gastritis.
Abdomen
Euphorbium is indicated in colicky pain in abdomen, violently burning, constrictive or pulling apart.
Heat and uneasiness in the abdomen.
Spasmodic flatulent colic, in the morning in bed; the flatus is pressing
