Ears and Nose
Noises in ears: roaring, humming or a sound as from a distant drum; with partial deafness.
Sticking pain and aching in ears, especially when swallowing.
Epistaxis or blowing of blood from the nose, especially in whooping cough; spells of cough ending in a profuse bleeding from the nose.
Frequent sneezing, with or without coryza.
Pain in right inner ear, as if everything were pressed together, almost like a spasm.
Face
Face discoloured bluish-black and bloated, with protrusion of eyes, with paroxysms of cough and dyspnoea; or pale face, with sunken eyes and cheeks.
Hot face, flushes of heat in face, with icy cold hands; with anxiety as though one were about to hear disagreeable news. Or else: coldness of left half of face, with stinging pain there, while the right half of the face is dry and hot; after midnight.
Facial ache, aggravated by pressure and contact.
Lower lip cracked in the middle (Natrum muriaticum, Sepia). Lips always dry, little sense of taste.
In left cheek: prickling burning pain beneath the left lower eyelid; sudden fine twitching, making him start.
Burning pain in skin in front of right angle of mouth.
Stitching, tearing pain on left inferior jaw, as if in periosteum. Enormously enlarged submandibular glands.
Behind and under left ear, a painful nodule.
Facial eruption: pustules here and there, with fine stinging on touch. Comedones on chin.
Mouth
Haemorrhage from the mouth, especially with cough; bloody saliva. Frequent discharge of watery saliva; also in the context of a fever. Bread tastes bitter.
Fine pricking on dorsum of tongue; stitching, smarting pain in tip of tongue and
