Pain above the elbow joint, as from a blow or a bruise, even more painful on moving the arm or touching the painful spot.
In the flexor muscles of the leg, drawing pain when extending the leg; the pain seems to have its origin in the crook of the knee, drawing downward as far as the tips of the toes.
Right thumb and index finger are slowly and spasmodically drawn crooked; their tips approach each other and the fingers can be re- extended only with force.
Cyclamen may be indicated in writer’s spasm (tenosinovitis).
Sleep
Cyclamen may have either restless, sleepless nights or unusually profound and long sleep, but in both cases the sleep is not refreshing. Restless night, interrupted by dreams. Sleep not before the morning hours, with ejaculation. ‘After spending an extremely restless night, frequently starting from sleep because of disagreeable dreams, he awoke in the morning feeling weary and prostrated’. Or else: profound sleep with indistinct and frightening dreams. ‘Sleep more profound than otherwise’. Sleeps longer in the morning, also with snoring. Great inclination to slumber, all morning. Or: ‘Wakes very early in the morning, without being able to fall asleep again; when he wanted to get up, however, he could not because he was so tired and drowsy’.
Wakes with ill-humour, confused head and bland taste in the mouth. Nightmare immediately after falling asleep; starts from sleep, but is unable to scream although he is awake.

Fever and Chill
Chilly feeling all over the body, not relieved by any amount of clothing. General chill, especially in cases of menstrual disturbance, with pale skin and mucous membranes.
Alternations of chill and heat. ‘Towards evening, chill without thirst; great sensitiveness to cold, making him frequently shake and shiver
