Head
Vertigo and dullness of the head, ameliorated in the open air, with visible pulsation of the temporal vessels, throbbing in the head, vertigo and anxiety; also with epistaxis. ‘Dullness of the head, in the fore part, as if intoxicated and reeling, in the moderately warm room; not in the open air’.

Sudden sensation as from a broad thrust deep into the brain, or as if a blunt arrow were pressed into the head, making the patient start. It is felt in the forehead or temple and is followed by a painful feeling of dullness, which disappears if external pressure is applied.
Eyes
Feeling in the eyes of having wept copiously and violently, with a sensation of tension and swelling around them. Sensation as if the eyelids were swollen, with sleepiness. Conjunctivitis with these symptoms, first in the left eye, then in the right, accompanied by a jumping feeling in the abdomen, as if something alive were inside.
Eye complaints from reading: pressive and sore burning pain, dim vision, has the urge to blink frequently; sensation as though there were a veil before the eyes, yet they also feel very dry and there is lachrymation. ‘Cannot read even a single letter without floods of tears from the eyes that are very dim’.
Dry, burning eyes, with a feeling as if there were ‘biting smoke’ inside.
Inclination to blink and wipe the eyes; due to dim vision; because of a feeling as if a film of mucus or something else is upon the eye; sometimes accompanied by a twitching of the eyelids.
