How can healthier children be born

We must save and keep the children of love if we want to regenerate the human race

This research is a result of discussions with parents of various nationalities.

Part of a speech to homeopathic physicians at the National Academy of Homeopathy in May 1998.

The subject I wish to discuss today is quite general:

How could we have healthier children in modern societies? Which are the necessary conditions, what could we do as homeopathic physicians, what advices could we give, what should parents know and what is their role and responsibility in order to give birth to healthy children?

I would like to stress from the beginning that these ideas only comprise a simple "hypothesis" which emerged from discussions and research from thousands of patients that I dealt with over the forty years I have been practicing homeopathy. In cases where I closely observed the entire family, I can easily describe how the parents felt at the time of conception. I believe that the "hypothesis" which follows, will be studied by various scientists - experts, who will either confirm or reject it.

The question I have asked myself over the years, when comparing the general health status of populations of various nationalities and races, (since I had the opportunity to treat patients of various nationalities and ethnic groups and compare the health status of children) was the following: why were there certain ethnic groups, nationalities of the so called Third World that, in general, enjoyed a better mental health status than that of other nationalities of the western world, even though the latter enjoyed better sanitary conditions and a more comfortable way of living?

What was the reason that made the children of these nations happier despite the poverty they lived in?

What are the fundamental factors that affect a child's health?

The health of a child basically depends on three factors:

1. Hereditary factors

2. The medical history of the parents, i.e. illnesses and medication received in the past

3. The mental-emotional health state of the parents at the time of conception.

The factors we are going to evaluate in our discussion today, mainly concern the third condition and the extent to which it may affect the health of a child that is going to be born:

The factors we will consider are the following:

1. Teratogenesis,( the birth of a monster, from the Greek teras which means monster) due to exposure to chemical substances and drugs. We have the examples of thalidomide and depleted uranium in Iraq.

Therefore, we may say with certainty that the chemical substances that the parents were exposed to prior to conception must be responsible for many of those cases of teratogenesis. Which means that children were born with missing or distorted parts of their physical bodies.

2. Something else which is also very well known is that if a person is either handicapped or partly handicapped, his body usually tries to find alternative ways to make up for this disability. For example, in cases where the blood does not circulate correctly, collateral circulation is established by our body to circumvent the problem area. People who have lost their upper limbs, develop an ability to do with their feet what they used to do with their hands and a person who has lost his vision develops an increased sense of touch and hearing, and so forth. We observe these things in our own body, when we have lost a certain organ or its operation and our body tries to make up for the loss by bringing in to effect another function.

The major question we will deal with today is what happens when individuals have lost some functions of their emotional or mental levels?

All of us involved with Homeopathy are aware of the fact that, apart from the physical organs of the body, our body possesses "functions" or organs involved with our emotional and mental levels.

The question is: is it possible to have teratogenesies on a mental or on an emotional level? Is it possible to give birth to monsters, who will provoke corruption, terror or even death when they grow up due to the fact they are missing some important parts on these levels? And if yes, why? Is it possible to prevent this outcome?

When observing modern societies and especially the western world, we see certain phenomena, which are truly fearsome and inexplicable. For example, a ten-year old child kills his classmates with a gun. It is not necessary to refer to all those criminal acts, which occur today in the western world, which we all are familiar with.

From the psychiatric analysis of these individuals, we discovered that they lacked a certain mental and emotional function. When analyzing the psyche of a monstrous rapist who slaughters and buries his victims, we see that he finally confesses that he was trying to stimulate certain emotions in order to have some satisfaction. Are these people that carry death inside them the only ones responsible for their actions? How much does the State, society, or family contribute to these acts of violence?

These types of crimes, although they appear only in very extreme psychic disorders, at a smaller rate, torment millions of people of the western world. We have sadists, masochists, sexually perverted individuals, individuals who feel hatred for the rest of the people, those who live in depression for a lifetime, those who feel they deserve nothing, those who live with the feeling constantly that something bad is going to happen to them, those who express their feelings only with violence, etc.

On the other hand, we have children that are very mature mentally while emotionally are very immature. For example, we see boys of 15 or 16 years old who are top students in their class, extremely intelligent and able to attend classes apt for older students. However, when we examine them in order to see how they function in other areas, we realize that they are completely immature emotionally. It is as if all these emotional organs, which are necessary to make them communicate with their family, their friends, or society, do not exist, and, consequently, they are unable to commit to a loving relationship.

I will also refer to cases which all of us experience daily in western societies. Take a look at the scientists who work on a certain project and are totally dedicated to it, ignoring their personal sentimental relations with others. I recall a female doctor who confided to me "I divorced my husband because he was a very good scientist! The only things that concerned him were viruses, the microscope and the behavior of viruses.

He came home only to eat and immediately after dinner, he would open his books. I was patient for 10 years but after that I couldn't take it anymore. He did not even give me the importance of a virus".

This very good scientist suffered from a "lack" of these deeper emotional functions. He had overdeveloped a part of his intellect, which replaced certain emotional weaknesses and apparently was trying to balance such disabilities by exhibiting successes or discoveries, which made him feel important. We especially observe this in ambitious individuals with a very high intellectual level, who are interested in nothing else but their science. Occasionally, they may have sex, but they do it mechanically. Or when they are with company, in order to entertain themselves, they must get drunk or take drugs.

There are women today, who do not even know how it is to be in love.

I have been impressed with the behavior of a very famous and intelligent personality. He is the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United States, Henry Kissinger, also known as the architect of all contemporary wars. In the Vietnam War, because the U.S. was losing, he ordered the bombing of unarmed populations in urban areas, resulting in the death of 300,000 innocent citizens.

Years later, when he was interviewed by an American journalist and was pressured to answer this issue, Kissinger seemed unaware of his actions.

My question is the following: Is this brilliant person who ruled the world for a period a whole person and a mentally stable individual or is he a monster? How many of us could give a similar order, if not for 300,000 but even for one single person? Could you order the bombing of unarmed populations in order to prove that your policy was correct?

Was Hitler with the hatred and intolerance that characterized him, a whole individual or was he a monster? Was Stalin with his insecurity and the violence with which he exterminated millions of "suspect" co-patriots healthy (emotionally) or was he a monster?

Therefore, what has happened to the society we live in, and such politicians have climbed to the top while exhibiting such emotional shortcomings?

Should these individuals be characterized as teratogenic cases emotionally or mentally? And which are the factors, which contribute to such kind of teratogenesis?

Somebody could easily imagine what can happen if heartless, tough scientists with a lack of humanity and some ariviste, opportunist and unscrupulous politicians join their forces in society.

In such cases, we will have a genius scientist, to whom the politicians promise fame positions and prestige if he finds a "clever bomb" to exterminate their enemies and who executes their immoral plans.

The reason the scientist is doing that is because he does not understand what he is up to, since he lacks certain functions on the mental-emotional level, and, for this reason, has no qualms about committing such a crime. He cannot see the distraction is going to cause, bu cares only about the "clever" discovery.

Children of love will never undertake such projects, no matter how high are the promises and the remuneration

We, as healers, are asked to find out exactly what is going on and why such "monsters" are born, that possess all their physical parts but lack certain functions on the mental-emotional levels, the lack of which may be very dangerous not only for themselves but also for society.

Why is this lacking dangerous? Because the organism has the ability to overcome the missing parts, by replacing them with some other emotions or abilities on the mental level, in order to achieve a kind of a balance. He may not feel affection or sympathy, but may do things that others will admire and praise him, thus, offering him love and adoration. However, he himself does not have any feelings of love.

Let us take another example, of a young woman who believes she is ugly. In order to balance this shortcoming due to the criticism she may be subjected to, she develops her intellect and becomes very good in school, so that her classmates will start admiring her. In this way, the girl achieves a balance, finishes school as a straight "A" student and is accepted to a University, studies Biology, spends all her time studying, finishes Biology with straight "As" and finally dedicates herself to this science. She is already a University professor at the age of 27.

She reaches the age of 28, 30, 32 or 36 years and does not yet know what love means. This means that the part of the organism which is responsible for these emotions, has fallen into disuse or has been totally suppressed.

This woman, with such insecurities, will probably be prone to unnatural behavior. She will provoke abnormal situations, in order to motivate feelings of love or even sexuality. Anyone can imagine what these situations may be. This woman is aware of the fact that others react in a "different" way to conditions that are unknown to her, e.g. "How does a man in love feel?", "Why can't I fall in love", "What is this feeling like?", etc.

Of course, the list of distortions is endless.

The way in which our societies are constructed, produces small or big monsters. We have cases of "teratogenesis" on emotional and intellectual levels because we have ignored the laws of nature.

The question is: to what extent is the emotional state of parents at the time of conception, responsible for this teratogenesis?

At this point, I would like to present my own hypothesis, which resulted from the research, emerging from my experience and discussions from treating families of different nationalities.

I believe, as I already said in the beginning, that this "hypothesis" will soon be verified in the laboratory by respected scientists.

I will begin with the assumption that the sperm or the ovum are not separate from the total state of an individual, and contains the entire structural code of the individual on all levels: physical, emotional and mental.

The sperm and the ovum contain the imprint of the psychological state of the two people who joined together at the time of conception. Their union will be successful only if they are lost in each other and were in accord and harmony with one another at the time made love.

The greater their differences and disagreements, the more their union will be disrupted. When the distance and the oppositions are great, it is possible to bring to life a child with a split personality, who possesses two, equally powerful, points of view. A kind of schizophrenia.

Of course, it is possible for two people to match sexually on a physical level but be entirely different emotionally and mentally.

ENTER PHASE 1

Symbolically, we may express the moment of intercourse in individuals who are really in love, as a perfect cycle, which symbolises the main state of the lovers which is satisfaction, completion and equilibrium on an emotional and mental level. In a perfect union the one circle will be lost in to the other in order to create a totally new regenerated circle.

Ideally, we have an ovum and a sperm cell in a state of total balance and relaxation on all levels. We have the perfect union of two individuals who feel that they complete each other and are happy with their partner.

The final outcome of this union, is the creation of a new human being- a child who will possess the best traits of both parents. Such children will be driven primarily from love in a balanced way.

Of course, all this is relative and influenced by the two other factors: heredity and the medical history of the parents. I also believe that if the ovum and the sperm of these people are examined, their chemical structure will differ from all others who do not conform to such conditions.

ENTER PHASE 2

In phase two, we deal with a new cell, from which a child will be born, which have lost its balance and who will carry the experiences of emotionally suppressed parents or under a strong emotional conflict.

These are the children with shortcomings, who will always feel as if something is missing and who will never feel complete. They will never become a homogeneous and perfect circle, like the children of love.

We also have a third phase where children were born from aggressive parents and the cells are in a state of extreme excitation or even aggression.

PHASE 3

The union of two people in stimulation.

These children will attempt to impose their presence using violence and extreme actions, because they cannot easily feel love and compassion. Their need to receive love will lead them to opposite acts than those necessary to provoke love.

Between these extreme conditions we have of course innumerous modifications, conditions and phases.

The basic question is how much the parents, prior to sexual intercourse find themselves either in phase 1 or in phase 2 or 3 and the extent to which these phases determine the subsequent health of the child.

Let us begin with an analysis of phase 1, in order to have the possibility for comparisons with the other two phases.

In order for phase 1 to be achieved, both individuals must reach a state that will diminish to the least possible their ego, and allow them to lose themselves in each other during sexual intercourse. Nature has provided us the means to readily attain the conditions of the 1st phase by giving us the ability to fall in love, which is best expressed by the Greek word "EROS". What is EROS? It is the extreme desire of a man to unite with a woman or of a woman to unite with a man. It is the desire to become one with the object of your adoration to be lost in it. This desire is satisfied only by the absolute unity, which is confirmed through the erotic union.

Total happiness and total satisfaction will be felt when this target has been achieved.

Then, through this call of nature and the final conquest of what each person desires, the two individuals will reach a state of absolute satisfaction. This deep satisfaction, this deep happiness comes from the acceptance of one another, since the one is allowed to enter into the other without resistance and without the interference of the mind. In this complete emotional act the ego consciousness has been diminished to almost not existance. Thus, a situation of absolute tranquility, satisfaction and balance is achieved during the climax of the union. It is the utmost moment that nature intended in order for two people to "offer" the best of themselves, so that their new creation -the child- will bear the best parts from both parents in order to become as complete as possible.

These children of love will then be the most balanced the most easily satisfied and happy people. Especially their contavy with others will be easy and free from any complexes,their perversons wil be minimal and the state of hapiness will come easily to them.Most of all they will fall in love easily and the correct time.

But such a "loving" situation is very difficult to be realised in our modern societies where individuals seek an easy and quick orgasm. Today in America there are "schools" that try to "teach" how to reach orgasm to their poor clients!!! Naturally, this is the "absolute" downfall, not of the "schools" but of our societies, that require such schools. This was the result of the sexual revolution and uncontrolled sexual liberation.

In order for "EROS" to come to the life of an individual, physical contact should be made difficult, and self-restraint must prevail. Furthermore, the imagination must be cultivated and encouraged during the time of initial contact and flirting. A couple in pure love, in eros, enjoys its best moments, with intense positive emotions, caring for one another, and are in an optimal emotional state. When finally physical contact is also realized then this is the sacred time of procreation and the best possible child will be born. In our modern societies, we usually kill these children of love!

One thing is certain, which future parents should take into consideration:

The sperm and the ovum will carry the mental and emotional state of the parents at the moment of sexual intercourse. If sex comes too early then all the magic will be lost and the individuals do not have the time to develop their best qualities

Such children of love will inherit from their parents their best physical, mental and emotional traits and qualities.

This is the way -eros- that nature is pointing out to us, for the procreation of healthy children, so mankind will always follow the path of regenaration. We in the west have chosen with consistency to follow the opposite way : the path of degeneration.

Unfortunately, the lifestyle in the majority of western societies prevents such situations in which could be a good fortune for the race. In civilized societies,instead of love, selfishness and profit have prevailed and it is almost impossible for a natural erotic union to occur.

If these type of persons (the children of love) had the leadership in, politics, military, science etc., they would surely make much more correct and "healthy" decisions than the ones taken today, which in many instances cannot be considered even human.

But such a child of "love" has no place today in leadership positions in the competitive societies we live in. He cannot be made either head of the army, or leader of the state or chief of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Today's social conditions will exterminate him at once.

The ones who are chosen for these positions, in our fearsome societies of commercial globalization and war, are individuals who belong between phase 2 and 3, whose parents.

Let us give some examples to show exactly what we mean: If a young unmarried woman who has fallen in love with a man becomes pregnant, her parents will probably say that this child cannot and must not be born. "You are not married", "You have not made a life for yourself", etc. We believe we know better than nature what should be done and we conclude that this child is not needed. The parents in such instances, turn against their children instead of supporting them.

Of course, no statistics are available to show the number of abortions of children of love, but we all know that they amount to thousands per year. But here I would like to make a distinction between the children of love and the children of an incidental sexual intercourse under a temporary passion. The difference is huge. Here we are talking about the finding of the real mach the real dipole of each other, which can mean harmony in all levels.In our societies such a possibility of an encounter seems a utopia. But we (by our behavior) have brought our societies in the wretched way they are today, so these natural possibilities will look like a utopia.

Today we observe young girls of fifteen and sixteen years who have sexual relations. What can these children understand from this outstanding feeling of love? Absolutely nothing. Usually, their experience ranges from indifferent to dreadful. An abortion usually has to follow.

We in medicine, frequently encounter such cases of couples coming with such experiences after the woman had several abortions. After their marriage, in spite of the fact that the couple is matching there is no conception. They are very anxious that they will not be able to have a child any more and now-two or three years after their marriage- the most important issue for them is whether the woman is pregnant. In these cases where the man is anxious, has his own thoughts, his financial problems and the woman is anxious whether she will or will not get pregnant, it is very common that they cannot be lost in each other during the erotic act. Under such states of anxiety a conception is almost impossible.

This may seem theoretic, but what we know, is that when a couple comes for therapy, and the right medication is prescribed, the patient usually says "Now I have calmed down", "Now I stand on my own two feet", "I have found myself", "I feel healthy now", etc.

This calmness this healthier state will then allow for a conception.

This is the reason why homeopathy has such a great number of successes in similar cases.

At this point, we must say that this gift of nature for 'Eros' does not last for long. It is strong during the first two to three years, when the parents are still young, vigorous and innocent. This is the right time to conceive and bring healthy children into the world.

I will give you an example of individuals belonging to the second phase. I will take the very common case of a young woman who had a very nice love experience and becomes pregnant. However, she aborts the child and, also, ends the relationship with her first lover. After some time, she becomes involved in another affair, however not as good, never as good as the first one, becomes involved in more affairs and, finally, at the age of 26 finds a husband who, she decides, would make a right husband and marries him. What has this young woman done? She has suppressed a part of her emotional world and has no chance to let herself free and reach the situation of absolute satisfaction required for the first phase. Following such procedures, the woman becomes eventually ill and loses the possibility to go back to the first phase.

With these procedures, which are followed due to the oppression of today's societies, our deepest and most basic emotions are suppressed and are finally sacrificed to the shrine of profit and selfishness.

We, who view patients in a deeper and more human way, in an attempt to truly help them, know that many beautiful girls who merely "sacrificed" themselves aiming to find the "right" husband live in a golden cage, which causes disease. It produces a syndrome, which I brought to the attention of my students and which I called the "husband syndrome" with very specific symptoms.

When basic instincts have been ignored or suppressed and selfishness and expedience have prevailed someone can easily imagine the calculating thoughts and emotions of young men thinking of marriage.

The children that will be born will be deprived of the basic feelings of love, of serving others, of giving affection and of real creativity, and even more from the happiness that you feel when you serve and help others and not only when you take. These thoughts seem simple,but are basic to a healthy existence and however, have been totally ignored or have been underestimated by today's societies.

In extreme cases of the 3rd phase, we have conception under the exaggerated stimulation of the man and suppression of the woman. In these cases we deal with situations where the couple arrives at sexual intercourse under wild inner conditions.

The husband returns from work in a bad psychological condition due to his work half drunk, and because he sees his wife talking to the neighbor, becomes jealous to a point of madness, gets in the house and starts battering his wife, she cries and screams, and they end up having sex. Under such circumstances, a child is brought into the world. This child will bear inside the state of his parents' cells at the time of conception.

What kind of children will be born from the various phases?

The children of phase 2 may become excellent scientists, while the children of phase 3, in extreme cases, may become criminals. All these impaired individuals will be looking (during their entire life) to find true love, the one that their parents missed during conception. However, they will be looking for it in different ways and in different levels. In order for them to balance, and find the piece they lack or these functions they do not possess, they have to excell and therefore be admired, and, thus, maintain a certain balance.

In these individuals of phase 3 where we encounter violence as the basic element, we find that they will try to excel and come in to prominence through violent behavior. And here we will have to ask how important the factor of heredity is and how important the moment prior to conception is. Let us take for example a young woman who was very joyous, quite healthy (good heredity), but after living some bad experiences has lost her youthfulness and freshness, and gradually, after continuous disappointments, has lost almost all her emotions.

In our culture of fraud and sexual liberation young people reach a point of saturation where nothing impresses them. A 17-18 year old girl already has many experiences filled with disappointments. What can she feel afterwards ? Nothing. She reaches the age of 28-29 and gets married to a "proper" husband but is out of calculation, and then they have a child. What will this child be like? A child that will bear the experiences of both parents, but mainly a child without love, a child who will be a sadist in order to stimulate his emotions, in order to feel things which he cannot otherwise feel.

Therefore, we reach the conclusion that in order to have a healthy society, we must let the children of the first love be born. The children we should avoid are the "monsters", the children who are born after second thoughts and calculations.

I will go a bit further to say a few words, because it is very difficult for us in western societies to perceive these basic theories. The reason is that we are advanced technologically, very capable to misrepresent ideas, to refuse different opinions because they are not to our advantage, they are not serving our means and we usually say that we know better.

This stand : "Iknow", keeps us apart from one another. If I say: "I know" and the other does the same, from this selfish position of " I know better" and I cannot "hear" someone else's point of view, we will always be at a distance from one another. This is exactly what happens with young peple today, but to a much greater extent.

This selfishness does not allow for unification, does not allow the loss in each other. Because if a woman thinks that this man is good not because "he attracts me physically and mentally" but because "he possesses a distinguished position in the society, he is well-off" and other similar qualifications and "it would be to my advantage to marry him", then they will have problems and the "husband syndrome" will be evoked. This means that the woman, due to this decision she made and since there is no attraction, in the long-run it will become ill with various syndromes, in order to avoid the sexual act that she does not really like.

Therefore, the children that will be born from this unnatural condition may become either bank directors, or scientists, or the kind of people who take action only following calculations, who we regard as successful in society but who are cold self-seekers, people without a soul, without emotions, without heart.

The big secret for healthy children

There is a condition, which makes for healthy children, but which I am sure you will find it very advanced. I have observed, not just theoretically, that the healthiest children on a mental-emotional level come from parents who really believe in God. Not the ones who say "I believe" but have a lot of doubts, but the ones who have really trusted and offered themselves to God, Those who say "God, please do as You wish". This relationship with God, which is really an alive, vital relationship, of real trust, brings them to a situation of absolute serenity, of calmness, of balance and of deep satisfaction.

These are the people who have really abolished their selfishness. Of course, they are very few and a very small percentage in our societies. These are the people who are happy, joyous, satisfied even if they do not have money to buy the basic things in life. They may not enjoy luxury, they do not live comfortably and yet are so happy and joyful that you look at them in admiration and wish you could be as happy as they are even if you did not have enough money to buy your food or to enjoy the comfort of technology, etc.

This situation of absolute relaxation gives them the opportunity to let themselves open during sexual intercourse, to lose themselves in each other because their selfish element is minimized, because the person who really believes does not have selfishness. I recall a poem of an English poet that says" They doubt and sigh and do not love at all, of these am I of these am I?"

With these few words the poet describes the anxiousness of the modern man in an excellent way. The portrait of the modern man with doubts and insecurities is typical and still the "scientist" convinces you that you must always doubt everything, and never be sure of anything. He makes you doubt because he himself does not believe in anything.

I have seen the children of these people who fear only God and have astonished me with their simple wisdom and the love they have. None of them have become great leaders or successful politicians, however, they are very happy children. I saw happiness, joyfulness and the ability to communicate, in all of them. I also observed that they rarely became ill.

Finally, the doctor or the healer should not worry about creating a good scientist, a good politician or a good salesman, but to help society to create real Human Beings.

Homeopathy, having the ability to re-establish balance in an individual, will play an important towards this direction role in the future.

We may conclude on the following:

1. In order for mankind to be renewed, we must pay great attention to the mental and emotional state of parents at the time of conception
2. Youngsters who engage in sexual intercourse at a young age, not only destroy the most beautiful thing that can happen to them, but lose their chance to fall later in real love.
3. Lectures should be made in schools, in order to enable children to understand that love is not just a good orgasm but a Divine favour. I fear that, the so-called sexual education in our schools, the way in which it is approached today, will corrupt even more the already corrupted morality of children.
4. The ages at which a person may feel love is between the ages of 20 and 30 and until then, he should restrain himself and not let sexual desire lead them, if they want to find a real companion for life their missing counterpart, their dipole.
5. The real counterpart-dipole- will never be found if one seeks sexual adventures, which only lead to disappointment. Even if the real companion is met later on in life, the young person will not be able to recognize him/her.
6. Our societies will continue to degenerate as long as we do not follow a right emotional path.
7. Parents should support with all their strength those young people who carry inside them the children of love, because these are the children who should be encouraged to live.
